BUILDING MAINTENANCE
The goal of a building maintenance technician is to handle a variety of tasks that vary to meet the specific needs of your property
CARPENTRY
Carpenters are tasked to construct and repair building frameworks and structures needed for both restoration and/or renovation
ELECTRICAL
Install/maintain interior and privately owned exterior electrical power, lighting systems, and a generally meet all of your electrical needs
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Preventative maintenance by way of monitoring and logging readings for building infrastructure to minimize the chance for catastrophe
GUTTER CLEANING
To offer a well rounded service the attention is in the details. Entire roof surfaces, gutters and downspouts will be cleared of debris
PAINTING
Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touch-ups or full restorations to both interiors and exteriors
ROOFING/SIDING
Maintain, repair, or install roofing and siding.. Tasked with waterproofing building envelopes including windows/doors, roof fixtures, etc.
STORM WATER MANAGEMENT
Determined to help keep your basements dry, this field includes but is not limited to regrading and drainage systems
